Fees:
$150 per session (50 minutes)
$175 per intake session (60 minutes)
Insurance:
I currently accept Blue Cross Blue Shield PPO.
If you have Blue Cross Blue Shield HMO, please contact them to inquire about their 50/50 coverage for Blue Cross Blue Shield PPO providers.
Other insurance companies may provide different levels of coverage for our work together. I would encourage you to contact your insurance company to learn more about their behavioral health coverage. Although fees are due at the time of service, I will gladly provide requested documentation for your reimbursement. I currently accept cash, check, Chase Pay, and all major credit cards.
